How the inquiry form works
The form prepares a WhatsApp message with the details you enter: name, route, date, time, passengers, luggage and notes. Typing alone does not send the information to the business. You send the message yourself in WhatsApp, where its privacy rules also apply. Received details are used to respond and arrange the requested service; confirmed transport may need further information for fulfilment and invoicing.
Cookies and your choice
Your cookie choice is stored in cookie_consent for up to 180 days. Optional analytics load only after acceptance, if configured for the site. Reopen settings in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future loading of optional scripts after the page reloads; it does not automatically delete previously sent data.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to handle inquiries, perform the agreed service and meet applicable business record obligations. You may request information, correction or deletion where applicable. Requests are assessed according to the data and applicable obligations.
