Passenger count does not tell the whole story
Give both passenger count and luggage count. Describe large suitcases, strollers or sports equipment. If you do not know the dimensions, a short description helps us check available space.
Separate small bags from larger items
A useful description is: two large suitcases, one cabin suitcase and two small backpacks. For special items, give approximate size and whether they fold. This includes strollers, skis, bicycles, instruments and other equipment. These are not automatically accepted luggage: transport must be confirmed specifically.
Confirm special requirements explicitly
If travelling with a child, provide the details needed to check an appropriate seat. Do not assume particular equipment is always available. The same applies to mobility aids and requirements affecting boarding or seating space. Share personal or health information only as necessary to arrange the journey.
Check the return journey too
You may have more luggage on the return trip. Update your inquiry if collecting equipment or adding a passenger. Send changes as soon as you know them. The clearest confirmation records passenger count, luggage and specific requirements for both directions.
